These Terms govern your use of the Oasis & Mind mobile application ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app

Oasis & Mind is a mental-wellbeing and gardening game intended for relaxation, reflection, and gentle self-care. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

2. Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. You must be old enough to use the app in your region (at least 13, or 16 where required).

3. Oasis Plus subscription

Some optional features are available through Oasis Plus, a subscription. The core experience is free and complete.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play using your store account.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings (see Support). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

4. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the app: don't attempt to break, tamper with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems, and don't use it in any unlawful way.

5. Your content

Your journal entries, garden, and other content are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the app works for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your content and account at any time (see Support).

6. Intellectual property

The app, its artwork, characters, and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
