Delete your account & data
You're always in control of your data. To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it — your garden, journal entries, mood check-ins, focus history, and collection — you have two options:
- In the app: Settings → Delete account (one-tap, with a confirmation).
- By email: Write to erkmdmrc@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and remove your data within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some limited records may be retained only where required for legal or tax reasons.
Managing your subscription (Oasis Plus)
Oasis Plus is a subscription billed through your app store, and you can cancel anytime — you'll keep your benefits until the end of the current period.
- iPhone / iPad: Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Oasis & Mind → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Oasis & Mind → Cancel.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your garden — the free experience stays complete and yours.
Restoring a purchase
Signed in on a new device and don't see your Oasis Plus benefits? Open the app's Plus screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you subscribed with.
A few gentle promises
- No plant ever dies, and nothing is lost while you're away.
- There are no ads and no dark patterns.
- Your journal and feelings are private and treated as sensitive data (see our Privacy Policy).
Common questions
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Sign in with the same Apple account you used before — your garden and journal sync to your account, so they'll return.
The app isn't working right.
Try closing and reopening the app first. If it persists, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll help.
